本産品是(shì)以多種咪唑(zuò)啉衍生物及(ji)咪唑啉-氨基(ji)酸衍生物複(fu)配♋而成，成膜(mo)性能優異，緩(huǎn)蝕率高；抗分(fen)解性能強，使(shi)用量低。不含(hán)金屬及其它(tā)對催化劑有(you)害物質，對下(xia)遊産品❓和加(jia)工過程無影(ying)響。複配構成(cheng)的液體緩蝕(shi)劑，具有緩蝕(shí)率高、凝固點(diǎn)低、分散性好(hǎo)、熱穩定性好(hao)、低毒等優點(diǎn)，可迅速在金(jin)屬表面形成(chéng)👅緻密牢固的(de)保護膜，對多(duō)種腐蝕因素(sù)都㊙️有較強緩(huan)蝕性能。本産(chan)品與其它井(jǐng)下用劑具有(you)良好的配伍(wǔ)📞性。

三(sān)、使用方法
Ⅰ、本(ben)産品首次使(shi)用時，應先預(yu)膜，加注可采(cǎi)用連續和間(jiān)🌈歇兩種方式(shi)。對于含硫生(sheng)産氣井（無分(fèn)隔器）建議由(yóu)套管環空加(jiā)注，經油管返(fan)出形成一定(ding)循環體系；對(duì)于常關氣井(jing)建議分别從(cóng)油、套管加入(rù)；對于油氣集(ji)輸管線可直(zhí)接加注。
Ⅱ、預膜(mo)用量計算方(fāng)法：
1、預膜面積(jī)：按氣井油管(guan)内、外表面積(jī)+套管内表面(miàn)積+拟🔞保護地(dì)面管線内表(biao)面積；
2、預膜厚(hou)度：75μm。
Ⅲ、氣井建議(yì)周期性間歇(xiē)加注，推薦加(jia)藥周期爲30天(tian)，每次加量爲(wei)80㎏。
四、包裝、運輸(shu)與貯存
包裝(zhuang)：200L塑料桶包裝(zhuang)，淨重200±1kg。
運輸：防(fang)日曬、雨淋，應(ying)避免與腐蝕(shí)性物品和尖(jiān)狀物品混運(yun)。
貯存：置于幹(gan)燥、通風庫房(fáng)，避免與腐蝕(shi)性的物品混(hun)㊙️放，保質👈期1年(nián)。
五、安全與防(fang)護
誤食：飲(yin)足量溫水，催(cuī)吐，就醫。
操作(zuò)保護：戴PVC、PE或橡(xiàng)膠手套。

This corrosion inhibitor can quickly form a tight and firm protective film on the metal surface, and has a strong corrosion inhibition performance against a variety of corrosion factors.
This product has good compatibility with other downhole agents.

Ⅰ、 When the product is first used, the film should be prefabricated. Continuous and intermittent injection can be used. For sulfur-bearing production gas Wells (without separators), it is suggested to refill by casing annulus and return through tubing to form a certain circulation system. It is suggested to add oil and casing respectively to the normally closed gas well.For oil and gas collection and transportation pipelines can be directly injected.
Ⅱ、Calculation method of prefilm dosage:
1. Pre-film area: the sum of the internal and external area of gas well tubing, the surface area of casing and the surface area of the pipeline to be protected;
2. Thickness of prefilm: 75 microns.
Continuous dosing is recommended for oil Wells. Recommended dosage: calculated according to the output fluid, the recommended concentration is 200ppm.
Packing, Transportation 、Storage
Packing: 200L plastic drum, net weight 200kg.
ransportation: avoid sunburn and rain. Avoid mixed transportation with corrosive and sharp articles.
Storage: store in dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid mixing with corrosive materials, with a shelf life of 1 year.
Safety & amp; protection
Skin to eye contact: rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Ingestion: drink enough warm water, induce vomiting, seek medical advice.
Peration protection: wear PVC, PE or rubber gloves.
