緩蝕劑介(jiè)紹

油溶緩(huǎn)蝕劑HY-10是由(you)多種成膜(mo)有機胺和(he)其他複配(pèi)物複合而(er)成，此✏️型号(hào)是原劑。

HY-10特(tè)有的五元(yuan)含氮雜環(huan)能以靜電(diàn)引力和大(dà)π鍵形式吸(xī)附在金屬(shu)表面。一方(fāng)面改變金(jīn)屬表面的(de)電荷分布(bù)和界面性(xing)質，使金🔞屬(shǔ)表面的能(neng)量狀态趨(qu)于穩定化(huà)，減低❓腐蝕(shi)反應；另一(yi)方面由于(yu)非極🔆性基(jī)團緊密排(pái)列在金屬(shu)表面形成(chéng)一層疏水(shui)膜，使腐蝕(shi)反應得到(dào)抑制；同時(shí)它在金屬(shǔ)表面可以(yǐ)改變氫離(lí)子的氧化(huà)還原電位(wei)，也可以絡(luo)合溶液中(zhong)的某些氧(yang)化劑，減低(dī)電位達到(dao)緩蝕的目(mu)的。HY-10含有沉(chen)澱成膜組(zǔ)分，能夠❗及(jí)時修複由(you)沖刷等原(yuán)因造成的(de)膜損傷。整(zhěng)體表現爲(wèi)成膜牢固(gu)，緩蝕優異(yì)。

使用方法(fǎ)

1.可原液注(zhu)入或用溶(rong)劑油均勻(yun)稀釋後注(zhu)入。

2.按系統(tong)處理量的(de)5-10ppm注入；前期(qī)注入量爲(wèi)正常期的(de)2-4倍，三🏃🏻天後(hòu)每天依次(ci)按3ppm的速度(du)遞減至正(zheng)常使用量(liang)。

3.本劑冬天(tiān)使用時，可(ke)适當用蒸(zheng)汽加熱。

包(bāo)裝與儲存(cun)

1.     200L塑料桶，IBC桶(tǒng)

2.     宜放置陰(yin)涼通風處(chu)。不可靠近(jin)明火、酸堿(jian)類和氧化(huà)劑類化工(gōng)品。

 

操作注(zhu)意事項

3.     操(cao)作人員應(ying)穿戴乳膠(jiao)手套及防(fang)護眼鏡等(děng)防護品。

4.     如(rú)遇本物觸(chù)及皮膚時(shí)可用大量(liang)水沖洗後(hou)再用肥皂(zao)洗淨即可(ke)🎯；如遇本物(wù)品濺入眼(yǎn)睛請在現(xiàn)場立即用(yòng)水充分清(qīng)洗之後立(li)即👉就醫檢(jian)查。

5.     如遇火(huo)災，可用幹(gàn)粉、泡沫、CO2 等(děng)滅火器以(yǐ)及黃砂滅(mie)火。

How to use

1. It can be injected with the original liquid or uniformly diluted with solvent oil.

2. 5-10ppm injection according to the system processing capacity;The amount of injection in the early stage was 2-4 times of that in the normal stage, and then decreased to the normal usage at the rate of 3ppm every day after 3 days.

Packaging & amp; storage

1. 200L plastic barrel, IBC ton barrel.

2. It is advisable to place a cool and ventilated place. Not close to open fire, acid and alkali and oxidizer chemicals.

Operational considerations

1. Operators should wear latex gloves and protective glasses and other protective products.

2. If the object touches the skin when you can rinse with a lot of water and then wash it with soap, if this item splashes into the eyes, please immediately after the use of water in the site to fully clean the medical examination.
